I could see where he might be confused since Obama never seems to be in his office ... but, um, someone needs to tell Joe that

I do wonder what the whole speech was - his team is trying to say he was talking about the Bush years ...
so really its more finger pointing ... oh, that's a better excuse ... NOT
Even if that were so -- lets also remember that the Dems had 2 years of being in power of all three houses of government and they did
NOTHING
to ease the tax burden on anyone ...
in fact, with the Health Care Reform law ... they made it WORSE!!!
