Have ALL passed laws which state that guns made & used ONLY in their state - not crossing the border - is perfectly legal. Despite what any federal laws might say to the contrary.
Montana (MT) did it frost in 2009 and it seems to have worked out great ... When was the last time you heard of an issue in MT?
Tennessee's (TN) law will make the federal laws an State Sovereignty issue ....
Wyoming (WY) will make any federal law concerning a weapons ban or restrictions in magazine size unenforceable ....
Oh my state? They want tougher standards than the Feds .... Idiots ....
