GET READY FOR THE NEWEST DODGE .....

Well, maybe I'm over reacting .... you tell me.

There is an immate in one of the CAROLINA's ... don't remember if it's North or South .... not that it really matters for this post, but I will post a link for it at the bottom.

He shot and killed a police officer - but I don't remember the details .... dang I just read the story too .... and was found GUILTY by the jury - he had his day in Court - and then he was sentenced to death!

He has also shot and hurt a second officer as he was fleeing them .... so he OBVIOUSLY knew that what he did was, at the very least, wrong!  I'm guessing he knew what was going to come next.

So - he was sentenced to death ... then after exhausting all his appeals .... and he had quite a few, I'm sure .... he is able to convine two psychologists as well as a psychiatrist that he has SCHETZELPHRENIA (I probably mangled that one).

       he believes he was already pardoned by the government
        he also said he had wings
`This guy is being allowed to get away with it too.

The judge on the case has ruled that he is just wacky enough to keep him from being executed.

WHAT?!?!?!

Yup - the case, by the sounds of it, is going to the Supreme Court to make the final decision ... Let's just hope he doesn't get sent to a local "facility" for care.
