Because we all know how this is gonna work ... just like when they tried to block the ACA legislation, it will go back to the Supreme Court time and time again .... until they finally get the answer they wanted to begin with ...

Biden has said he is willing to PACK THE COURTS
That is EXPAND the number of justices on the bench from 9 to 15 - thus insuring that for nearly 20-30 years the court will lean to the Left
Let's hope it doesn't topple over ... remember - Rome ... Russia ... China ... Germany ...
We MUST have a balance ... and the courts MUST be politically NEUTRAL, if at all possible!!
But I'm glad the Mandate was at least partially struck down ...
