After having listened to the very - um, how to say it - horrifying book "The Wizard of Oz" as it was written by L. Frank Baum ... and man is it scary - more so than Frankenstein, in my mind when you consider it was written for CHILDREN! ...
Well after listening to that I hoped that Book 2 of the series "Marvelous Land of Oz" would be better ...
And short of some bullying, I have found it is not too bad.
Listen to it ... its about the RESTORATION of a kingdon, not an Over-throwing of one.
And we learn - the Wizard wan't as nice as we think he was!!!
