JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION, SO I CAN DECIDEDQQQ

Here we go again - and I have to say THANK YOU YUTUBE for letting this get posted!

AGAIN, a Senator tries to get out of the judge that Biden has nominated for Supreme Court a question about her ADVOCATION against the Death Penalty ... like it or not, it is LEGAL in several states yet ... 

Senator Holley (not sure where he's from, nor what his party affiliation is) brought up the same writing from a judge on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ... he spoke about a convict named Clarence Williams (I'm doubting he'll be getting angel wings though) ... this guy has quite a criminal record too:

Burglary

Armed Robbery - he broke into the home of an ELDERLY couple, held a GUN to their heads, fired the gun (supposably not AT them, just to scare them and prove the gun was indeed loaded), 

1984, while on release for the Armed Robbery 

MURDER - Bludged man to death with a BASEBALL BAT, also stabbed him **20** times, then tried to set the body on FIRE ((No Death Penalty for this one though == REALLY??))

6 MONTHS LATER (I'm gonna assume he had been released on bail)

MURDER - victim: Amos Norwood.  Drove victim to a CEMETARY, made victim lay down next to tombstone, BLUDGEONED him with a SOCKET WRENCH (these are maybe a foot long at most) and then a TIRE IRON (again, a little over a foot long), and then stole the victims CREDIT CARDS and went SHOPPING with them - leaving the victim at the gravesite, btw - he then went BACK to the cemetary, where he set the corpse of the victim ON FIRE!!!

HOLY CRAP!!!

His motivation for this brutal (omg, this is a crime even the Nazis would have gone "WTF" to) -- he felt the victim was GAY!!!!

OMG!  This screams Hate Crime ... but NOT according to Ms. Freeman, she ... well the firm she worked for ... prevailed because they found "unlawfulness" in his proceedings.

Holley pointed out that the "unlawfulness" that she spoke to was in fact a justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court who didn't RECUSE himself, due to something that had happened **30 YEARS** before this case even hap[ened!!

in 1954 ... they don't mention what ha[[ened, but I'm curious! ... unless he meant the OTHER direction ... so in 2014? Now I'm really curious!  If I find out anything, I'll be putting up another post as a follow-up

But I'm not sure if she simply REFUSED to answer the qurstions directly ... or if she was unABLE to!

Either way ... you've gotta think!
