THE VICE PRESIDENCY

 Okay - so according to the Constituation there are Term Limits on being President of the United States, there are all sorts of Limits actually:

You have to be within the US boundry for something like 15 months (continually) before running/becoming President ... 
You have to be no LESS THAN age 35 yrs old ... they wanted to make sure you actually had a life before you began to run the country.
You have to be born and American Citizen ... this is why Arnold Schwarzeneggar can not run ... 
And you can only run for 2 terms ... a term is 4 years long

But for the Vice President ... there is less than that, by ONE -- that last one.

You can be Vice President for any number of terms in your lifetime ... which means that technically speaking ...
Mr. Dick Cheney could have been the Vice President under both terms of Mr, Reagan, Mr. Bush #1, Mr. Bush #2, AND Mr. Trump
Just so long as he did NOT hold the offce of President within that time.

It is also stated, that if the Vice President takes over the seat of the Presidency for less than 1/2 of the term, then they can actually win the Presidency 2 more times.

This was to prevent a few things .... not the least of which was supposed to be a "puppet presidency" such as what Cuba kept going through untl the Puppet Master decided to show his face (Fidel Castro, hnest, I learned about it in college)

But since the role of the Vice Presidency was simply to lay about and wait for the President to become incapacitated and take over, if need be ... they NEVER SET TERM LIMITS on being Vice President.

Oh geez ...

This means, that if the Obama Era VP Picking system stays in play ... Ms. Harris will be VP under a democratic president  FOREVER!!!

Under the Obama VP Process, it was NOT to chose a Vice Presidency whom would likely carry-on your policies, it was definately NOT someone you liked ... it was purely someone the PEOPLE did NOT like ...

Mr. Biden was chosen as Mr. Obama's VP simply as a SAFETY NET to make sure he would never be assassinated -- NO ONE wanted a President Biden, at that time.

Had Biden ran for the presidency right after Obama, it is very likely he would have won hands down -- some sympathy votes, but mostly because he was a different guy than he is now.

He didn't need a giant Easter Bunny guiding him away from reporters ... he was must more coordinated ... he didn't turn to shake hands with someone who wasn't there ...

There are so many things which have popped up over these last 4 years .... its tough to list them all.

And it has NOTHING to do with AGE ...
It has EVERYTHING to do with MENTAL ACCUITY

These issues can occur at ANY age ... and its these issues which makes him seem "old and decrepit" ... and it reflects badly on America as a whole

He is worse than Mr, Reagan on his worst day .... the ony thing he doesn't have is Jill telling him what to say, the way Nancy did back in the day.
