LOCAL NEWS (kind of): STATE OF MN V. NICOLE MITCHEL (senator)

Ms/ Nicole Mtchell ...  Senator for the region which includes the city of Woodbury ...... has been tried in a Court of Law in the state of Minnesota, the city of Detroit Lakes, MN .... it is about a 3-4 hour drive from the Twin Cities to her step mother's house.

Well - she refused to give up her seat in the senate and even was able to vote on whether she was to be removed or not .... of course, along party lines, that failed.

Well - the jury went back and decided .... by her own admissioms ... she was in fact

GUILTY

of both the possession of burglary tools (FELON) and

the burglary itself!!!

Nice to see things actually working right for a change.

It didn[t help that her story - over a years worth of time or so - changed from "I was just collecting a few of my father's things" to "I was just checking in on her" .... did I mention that the cops showed up at 4am or so at the step-mom's house???

Yeah .... just "checking in on her" my Aunt's fanny.\
