THE VERDICT IS IN ... WELL ONE OF THEM AT LEAST

 The U.S. Supreme Court has decided!

All courts in the nation MUST comply ... they have no choice in the matter, its the way the system is worked up.

While people may not agree with it ... its the way it works.
If you want to change it, get into the system and do it -- become a lawyer, a judge, a cngressperson, a lobbiest/advocate, whatever ... 
Do not protest, do not burn a city down, do not start breaking the law by looting or shotting or stealing crap!
The BEST CHANGE is made from the INSIDE of government, not the outside.

Okay ... the case is about removing Mr. Trump from primary/general election ballots during the 2024 Presidential Election

Yup - every single one of them ... conservative AND liberal, alike, voted the same way

So there's NO DENYING it

Mr. Trump can NOT be removed from the ballot ..

NOR can any votes for him be SUPPRESSED,nor "held aside" ...

This opinion, while it effects ALL the states as a whole, will primarily effect the 10 states which had this going through their courts at this moment:

CA
CO
IL (and this one came right out and called it a "suppression of the vote")
ME (Maine)
NC
NM
NY
SC
VA
WI (didn't even knew they had one)

All these cases have been thrown out of Court as of now.

The Opinion from the Supreme Court cited that there had been only one case of the law being applied, in 1868, shortly after the Civil War, which deat with a state office ..

. but they did acknowledge it.

So Justices Kagan, Jackson, Sotomayor - the stanch liberal wing of the Court - all voted with the Conservative side.

I have to say ... I am pleasently surprised.
I am glad that the vote was UNANMOUS no matter which way it went ...

Yes I am saying that even if this turned into another "Scott" case ... you'll have to check the scandal of that one yourself (I bring it up a LOT) ... even if it had gone against President Trump ...

I would have understood a UNANIMOUS verdict better than a "party line" verdict.  Mostly because politics is NOT supposed to be involved in the court system -- this brings back images of the McCarthy Hearings where they were, in all honesty, hunting for communists ... there's a pretty good documentary on YouTube about the Anti-American hearings ... 

You must LEARN from history ... or you will be doomed to REPEAT it.
