Am I missing something here? Its not like they stole the play book....its not that they infiltrated their offices. What did they do?

They videotaped actions made by the opposing team which were done in public at a public game...anyone could have done this and they wouldn't have cared.

Where the goal of the game is to either (a) get the football into the opponents goal or (b)stop them from getting it into yours?
