Okay so you have earthquakes, interesting people, smog alerts, smog-days in the schools, traffic congestion that makes walking faster, annual wild fires, land slides, regulations up the ying-yang....
and now you have no control over the comfort of your own home.
Yes you will not even be able to decide if the wind is blowing harder on your house then one 20 blocks away because somebody is going to keeping your house at 65F in the winter & 78F in the summer.
CA--the land of....human rights?
