"A Pennsylvania man picked up for sexual assault tried to convince his teen victim and police that he was a supernatural werewolf/vampire combination, police told the Allentown Morning Call.
Kristian Allen Carl, 19, believed he was a hybrid – part werewolf and part vampire – and that he had a guardian dragon that “protected him from evildoers,” police told the paper.
Carl was charged with statutory sexual assault after admitting he had sex with the victim, 15, after meeting her the previous night and convincing her that he was the bizarre creature, the Morning Call reported.
Pottsville police Sgt. James Joos said that Carl even tried to convince him of his “curse.”
'He showed me his canine teeth,' Joos told the Morning Call. 'I let him know that all mammals, including humans, have canine teeth.'"
Yes we all have teeth, but some are different than others. My brother had to have his canines removed because they wouldn't stop growing and would actually protrude from under his lip (so I've been told....it was before I can remember). Myself & so far one of my kids have very prominate "fangs"...pretty cool and the dentists can't figure out why we don't want them 'fixed'.
What someone needed to tell him is that werewolfs and vampires are as different as cats & dogs and the two can not interbreed.
They should also tell him that dragon's like to work in secret and now that he exposed it, it will not help him--in fact it more than likely has abandoned him.
But instead of trying to reach this guy through his own belief system they will critize him, poke fun at his expense, and even deem him 'mental'....which granted he could probably use some help--although there are several 'sane' people who believe they are something Other.
So one must ask--because it just begs to be asked---what the F was the 15 yr old thinking that she would believe it???? I'm sorry, but 15 yr olds are in that "no way" total disbelief stage of their lives...."statuary sexual assault" tells me she was a willing participant....still doesn't make it right--but one has to wonder what was she thinking????? (had it not been concentual I would think the charge would have been straight 'rape'....and he was 19yrs, so it could be they were 'dating' without parental permission)
PS according to Wikipedia, there are mammals which do not have canines--in such cases they are absent in the female of the species...it is known as "dimorphing"
