I am making this recipe for dinner, with a few changes. First I didn't have any lemon juice so I used lemon pepper instead;second, I added 1/2 cup of honey; lastly, I added 1 cup of water to make up for the missing lemon juice. Now I also am making a double recipe for our big family so the extra water will help spread out the sauce. We will only be marinating it for a few hours instead of overnight so that will effect the taste as well.
