URGENT RECALL: Nestle Toll House Cookies

Those unbaked tubs & tubes of premade cookie dough is being RECALLED -- it has been found to be contaminated with e-Coli bacteria.

66 cases of illness in 28 states ... 25 have required hospitalization. no deaths

this is a volunary recall by the manufacturer with the FDA adding to the push to get it out of kitchens/freezers immediately.

If you have eaten these products or even just handled the dough, because of the way e.coli is spread, they suggest going to the doctor ... especially if you are experiencing any symptomes which starts as simple diarrhea which gradually gets worse.

beware - if you have rolled out any of this dough or handled it and then touched other surfaces, you could have a contaminated area in your home which will infect other people/food.
