Gee its a good thing the US is trying to go for that type of system, huh?

And its not just the loooooong waits that are getting people to these places ... its the dr's who have incentive to actually give good care, its not having to wait for 'government approval' for a procedure (if you can get it at all) ... it about being denied because the numbers didn't add up - like the 70 yr old who wants cataract surgery but since she has maybe 3 yrs left they deny her...that sort of thing.
