Swine Flu Madness

I nearly missed this this morning - luckily I recorded it for a different reason .... but ...

The Common Wealth of Mass has inacted a law - or rather the State House & Senate have passed a bill which is waiting for signature by the governor -- which gives police the right to go into your home without a warrent and pull you and your kids out and force them to get the shots.

Well they can forcefully give the kids the shots -- since they can't force the adults to do it, what they will do is those who refuse will be incarcerated without warrent, trial, sentencing, and without appeal.

All it needs is a signature and in order to inact it -- the governor just needs to declare a state of emergency. And if you have ever watched the news you know that some of those governor's ask for national aid when they get just a few inches of snow!!

I know, you are thinking 'unconstitutional' ... everyone is worried about this -- but no one is forcing the schools to close when there is a break out, because then they would lose public funding! They have to by law in many states be open a minimal amount of days - maybe its federal law - and if they aren't open for that amount of time, the school system gets docked that money and/or fined!

Besides, lets remember that the Courts will decide if its constitutional ... and many of those judges are appointed by the person/party in power.
