Is he - or isn't he - drunk?? Sen. Baucus speaks on the senate floor with slurred speech, which people attribute to his being drunk .... but looking at it, I'm not so sure ....
Look at his mouth -- its like only part of it is working ... I'm wondering if he doesn't suffer from Bell's Palsy -- which strikes fast without warning and can effect speech patterns since it attacks the nerves in the face (my daughter suffers from it) ... it is like having a mini-stroke only no other parts of the body are effected and you feel just fine, just a tingly face and your eye can't close.
Here --- You be the judge ... and comment on what you think ... Drunk or not??
