Election 2010 - Soldiers rights violated - DOJ RESPONSE

The Dept of Justice has finally come out with a response -- see the WH does watch/obsess about Fox News --

" The Department of Justice is firmly committed to ensuring that our men
and women serving in the uniformed services and living overseas have the
opportunity to vote and to have their votes counts."

The Virgin Islands can be added to the list as well -- I will do that here shortly.

The DOJ expects to have a ruling on this matter within the next 4 days.
oh and the DOJ only had one person who they would let talk about the issue - but they then made that person unavailable for the report.
