Hubby wouldn't let me take a photo of yesterday's supper ... I made chicken breasts and then butterflied them so that when opened on a plate they looked just like a heart.
Hubby's was the only one that actually looked like a heart though ...
had the breasts not been frozen, I would have butterflied them before baking and then that way they would have cooked in the shape of a heart ... but mine ended up looking more like a bat in flight.
so the chicken with mashed potatoes & mixed vegies.
plain dinner with special presentation ... the kids liked it.
otherwise ... ordinary day.
I got flowers on Saturday though - that was nice.
