Normally, they would pretty much go "whatever" but when Katrina hit 14 years ago they learned their lesson - no one is ignoring this time.
This will definitely test the new levies & anti-flood measures that I'm sure Biden will take credit for (sorry, couldn't resist)
So here's hoping it only falls as a tropical storm or swings back into the gulf, never making landfall at all
