 Helping Hands is a charity group who helps women and children who have become homeless either by losing their place to live or from leaving abusive relationships ...

They have now paired with Neighbors, Inc to track homeless numbers in Ramsey county -  while the numbers are much lower than Minneapolis, and way lower than cities such as Chicago or San Francisco - they are still rising at an alarming enough numbers for the St. Paul city council to begin thinking of ways of preventing the same issues Minneapolis (Mpls) ran into last year as well.

Right now there's one main encampment along the river ...
