HOW TO HAVE A FRIGHTFUL HALLOWEEN NEARLY FOR FREE

It's been a strange night ... my youngest went to her boyfriends house to hand out Halloween candy - we get NO kids where we're at, so it was okay

But I decided tonight .... just like last night ... to listen to OTR USA

Tonight they had the 13 part radio series of Frankenstein on - and I actually stayed awake for the entire thing

Then they had the Mercury Theater on the Air - yup, the same ones who did War of the Worlds yesterday - their version of Dracula!!!!

Normally Dracula bores me silly, or si,ply offends me because it's all about the gore ... but this one .... Oh My Goodness!!  It was sooooo good - I listened to every bit of it ... even found myself getting a bit testy when my daughter texted that she was on her way home.

Now?

I was going to switch stations but Inner Sanctum came on -- I like this one actually, but mostly when it's the ones sponsored by Lipton tea & soup .... the banter between the Host and the Kipton spokeswoman - it gets pretty snarky, just enough to break up the spookiness.
