Ok - I never considered him part of any Brain Trust ... and I pity the kids who were taught by him ...

 But this is beYOND stupid!

1)How the heck can YOU do that?? 

2)Pretty sure that's the plan NOW! 

3)Only makes sense since most of the CUT BACKS were made while you were Vice President ... actually the hospitals are hurting because they aren't allowed to do any ELECTIVE SURGERY right now - see that keeps the BILLS DOWN across the board & gets them the funds they need for their equipment.
