oh, Mr. Trump! you need to remember 2 very good words ...

SHUT.  UP.    

You already know you've got an issue with both the judge AND the Attorney General in this case, why the heck would you give them fodder for a "liable" lawsuit??

You know he AG is likely to run with it - especially if she loses her reelection  ... and if you WIN another term, it will stop the clock on the Statute of Limitations on you until AFTER you leave office.

You will NOT be able to "pardon" yourself, nor have your VP do it at the last minute - this would be a STATE charge, not a Federal one ... and my understanding is that the President can ONLY pardon federal crimes, but a GOVERNOR can pardon a state charge.

But I don't know if this would even apply to a Civil Charge ... I thought it would only apply to CRIMINAL charges ... and in most cases, this would not be a criminal case.
