MAKE UP YOUR MIND ALREADY!!

Good Morning America (ABC) is giving itself whiplash over the whole abortion issue ... well that's not true, either ... 
They have a reporter who talks out of both sides of her mouth though ....
Or maybe the NEWS DEPARTMENT just can't get it correct.

You see the reporter said something along the lines of "there 14 states make abortion illegal from the time of conception" ...
the news department popped up a map of the 14 states she was speaking about - sorry, I haven't learned how to insert a photo from a screen shot on this computer, and apparently my devices are so old that I can't use my Apple products to do it either.
I ain't rich, I'm not going out and buying another Apple product -- that would be ridiculous.

So the reporter went on to say that Idaho was awaiting a court case dealing with their near total ban on abortion ...

BUt ...

They were on the map of those who has total abortion bans???

Which is it????????

Well -- she's wrong on BOTH accounts ....

The state, from my understanding, says you can not get an abortion except for the conditions of rape, incest, HEALTH OF THE MOTHER ....

The case in questions deals with what kind of paperwork the HOSPITAL DOCTORS have to do for the state so they don't get in trouble ...
Basically, the doctors just want to have their butts covered .... at least those doing their jobs, the others want to know how to mask what they are doing in "legalese" so they can continue to do what they are doing.

And let's get it straight ... 

There might be a law against it ... but there are still going to be doctors which do it and call it something else.

And I feel for the doctors who want to follow the law and fill out the proper forms ... they are simply looking for clarification.
They want to know if, say, a "tubular pregnancy" is considered a Health of the Mother issue  - can they do it the moment its discovered, or do they have to wait until the mother is horrible discomfort, or until she is nearly dead???

That's kind of important to know!

BUt -- sorry going off on tangents again -- the truth is ...

The matter is so COMPLICATED that even the people doing the news stories can't keep their crap straight!

Idaho???

Is it a "total ban from conception" as you said?
OR
Is it an "ban with EXCEPTIONS?"    "NEAR total ban"?
