ght do to whatever plans they had = which would have been carried out under Harris - that they want Sonia Sotomayer to RESIGN HER POSITION

I don't agree with much, if any, of some of the things she has said/ruled on since she's been on the Bench ... BUT ... 

Wow - so the party which kept Biden running all the way up to June 26th - when he FAILED at the debate, and even afterwards - are going after HER ...

She still has all her mental facilties ... she hasn't fallen asleep during any of the hearings ... hasn't seem to have done anything that could land her in jail ... doesn't seem to have any major health issues ... etc.

They just don't want to take the chance that something might happen to her .... and Trump will then be able to appoint her replacement pure politics ...at it's absolute worse! 

Do they really think they would even have TIME to place someone there??

Do they not remember how long it would take to VET a prospective judge?

How long the APPOINTMENT HEARINGS take?

The issue with Biden was not his age -- it was his mental accuity ... he was having issues speaking, remembering, walking, staying awake ...

He was having enough issues, that in ANY other non-government job,it would have been "resign or be terminated
