I WANT THAT ACCOUNT!!

Man, I wish I had Harvard University's bank account ....

They are fussing over $2.2 Billion which the US Governmen has put on "hold" .... for now .... until the University does a few things, more on this part later.

To which the White House is scratching their heads wondering what all the fuss is ..

You see besides the money they get from the government .... and the tuition from those attending .... and all the merchandising they sell at different functions .... they have this little bank account ....

Did I say "little"?

It's $53.8 BILLION !!!!!

Yup - they've got all that cash sitting there .... and if they lived off the INTEREST RATE of the thing, that would still leave them with $530,800,000 to spend .... $530.8 MILLION .... excuse me????

I don't think you need tx payers money, guys ....

Now what do they have to do to get this money?

~Audit Hiring and Faclty Admissions
~Cut power of faculty and sutudents
~Report foreign students who commit conduct violations
~Viewpoint Diversity
~More Action against antisemitism

So basically - get the crowds under control ... like the other colleges have done.

The President of 

the University put out two statements today ....

1- "The University will not negotiate over its Independance or its constitutional rights."

and .. then they decided to "fix" it ... basically changed a couple of words ...

2-"The University will not surrender its independence or relinquish its constitutional rights"

But by adding the words "surrender" and "relinquish", it has set it self up for (a)a legal battle, I expect this to go to court ... and (b)makes it sound as if they are OWED the money ....

Excuse me???

You are owed NOTHING by the country, other than by allowing you to collect tuition by people of this nation!
