SO .... WHO'S IN CHARGE OF THE CITY???

 When I was a kid, growing up in Minneapolis, somehow, I never thought it would get like this

They say it was gang related .... and that most of the people - at least the 3 killed at Bloominton Av and 25th st. were Native American - from the Red Lake Tribe ... in CANADA????

When I asked Siri to show me where Red Lake was, that was what popped up.

I never realized that Native Americans would have gangs, or members of gangs .... I don't know why - I guess I thought they were above all that - gangs are usually for those who don't feel like they belong anywhere .... and I've only known Native Americans who have had a strong sense of who they are ....

My older brother has had a couple ex-wives, and a whole lot of ex-girlfriends of Native Descent ....
