Oh My - the attacks in MN could hae been so much worse!!
It turns out there were at least 2 other homes where this guy went ... but they are NOT releasing the names of the people - leaving that up to them to decide ... but the did mention a couple of differenct cities.
and YES - there are FEDERAL CHARGES involved, and YES there is in fact, a death penalty as well.
I'm going to GUESS - and it's just a guess - that he is going to take a plea to remove that penalty.
Interestingly, I have heard several different stories of how he was taken into custody - based on which news channel I'm watching ...
At first, they said he was spotted on a camera in a corn field ....
Then there was the story of him crawling out of the woods, giving himself up to the FBI ....
and the latest, is a woman claiming she had spotted him in her culvert (ditch for draining), and he was squatting down ....
But no matter the real story - he is in CUSTODY and went to trial this afternoon ....
