PLEA DEAL REA?IandCHED: IDAHO MURDERS OF STUDENTS

 OMG!!!!  So it seems that Colburger (I think that's his name) has agreed to a plea deal which will spare him from the death penalty!!!!

And the families of the students who were murdered are pissed to no end - and who could blame them???

This guy has been fighting for well over a year - for his release, and "innocense", but suddenly he says he's GUILTY?????

I'm wondering what he's up to .... I just cannot see him simply laying down his guard at this point.

Then there's the question about who is paying for his LAWYER???

If the guy is a Public Defender - then the people of the state are on the hook for this guys expenses ....

If he is a private Lawyer, then I'm thinking his family is on the hook - which may be the lesser of the 2 evils ... but how would you like to be the parent of this guy?

As well as having to pay for a lawyer, who may have been "fooled" like everybody else - but more likely, he was caught in "lawyer-client privilege" and wasn't allowed to say anything ... out loud. 

They were killed in 2022 .... and he was arrested in 2023, I thtink ...

Brian Colburger was his name.  He was a student at the U of Idaho studying "Criminal Studies" .... ewww ... wrong thing for his guy to study ... 

But - so his parent (Dad & Brother, no idea where his mom is) will likel have to pay back any student loans this guy took out AND also pay for the lawyer fees.

FNC is saying the plea deal "guarentees he will spend the rest of his life in jail" ... yeah .... tell that to the murderer who escaped in New Orleans ...there is sill one of those on the loose, yet.

I have a feeling this isn't over yet ... even with the plea deal - I have a feeling he has something else up  his sleeve
