I think we should sent this judge to Louisiana

Judge OKs 'Hitler youth' buttons - Yahoo! News

Okay this judge is not helping anyone here. How can this judge not see these buttons as a disruption of the work and discipline of the school? I'm sorry, I think they could have found other photos of people in uniforms without using those of the Hilter youth.

For those who don't know about the Hilter youth {and I wouldn't doubt that there are people who don't know the truth}....they were originally part of the Boy Scouts, but once Hilter took power he became the head of the national charter and began to change it...the Boy Scouts expressed extreme concerns about the direction the group was taking and tried to put their foot down....so Hitler disbanded the German Boy Scouts and made them all members of the Hitler youth.

The Hitler youth was mandatory/cumpulsary for all boys in Germany.

It was more than just a uniform.

And it is more than just a case of "free speech"....the issue was not "gee these kids are wearing buttons" the problem is the imagery on the buttons.

Hey kids, here's a thought--Change the damn picture!!!
