This is the same nation that had the space station that was constantly breaking down and we had to go up to repair

I'm not scared....they aren't going to launch anything to anyplace they don't think we can get a ship out there fast enough to fix their boo-boos.

Plus, we don't know what issues will lay outside our safe zone....if they they want to risk it and deal with the side effects....I say "go for it". By the time their Kosmonauts are ready to come back we will have worked out a way of dealing with any contamigens or health issues they might bring back....if they get back.

Of course there is that meteor that's due to hit Mars any day now...there may not be anything to see.
