Originally MSNBC had invited delegates to participate in the debates tonight (Tues) but at the last moment decided that they would only chose the top three!

Okay, so with so much still up in the air--and there isn't really a clear candidate yet and lots of playing room left....there's still CA, FL, NY, NV, MN, etc.---ANYone could take this yet ((Did you get that Fred? There's still alot of playing field left-don't drop until the convention please))

Any how....one of the Democratic delegates is standing up for his election rights---Whoo-hoo!--he took a page out of Jesse Ventura's book and hit the media with a lawsuit and threat to stop the debate IF he is not included.

Hello, equal time laws!!!

That was one of the BEST stategies that Jesse used.

He and his "staff" (okay family & friends) would listen to the radio and watch the television and if they saw one of the other candidates get air time--BOOM--he was on the phone asking for equal time.

Now this is a FEDERAL race. The laws should be even stricter.

In CA when Arnold was running, they had to suspend the airing of his movies because the other candidates felt it was an unfair advantage.

I am totally behind Kucinich on this one.

As long as a delegate has NOT dropped out of the race yet they should have a voice.

And even though I didn't like him....Al Sharpton Freedman jackson....oh I can't remember his name....the one that was at the DesMoines debate...the one who made a very poor showing.....you know who I mean....he's a great orator but comes across as too radical.....anyways, even though I didn't like him I respect his right to speak at the debates.

I have always felt that when it comes to politicians--go ahead and let them talk, let them have enough rope to hang-themselves with.

Of Course...I am hoping that Edwards will take this next round of states and pull the rug out from under both Obama & Clinton---just to shake things up and poke the media in the eye.
