Me? I'm the "Free Spirit"...and that's about right. I have tried several dance types, I've tried weight training (really funny....I didn't lose any weight at all-I replaced all the fat/water with lean mass), I've tried walking, running, cardio, boot-camp workouts, belly dancing (actually started this before it became 'kewl'), etc.
I love to work out....I just hate taking the time to do it.
If I could do it while multi-tasking I'd be great--like when I'm on the computer adding to my blog--leg lifts, lower crunches, and strap on weights can only take you so far you know.
