WHAT????

ACLU: Sex in Restroom Stalls Is Private - Yahoo! Singapore News: "The ACLU filed a brief Tuesday supporting Craig. It cited a Minnesota Supreme Court ruling 38 years ago that found that people who have sex in closed stalls in public restrooms 'have a reasonable expectation of privacy.'"
Since when??? Oh, 1970. That was the same year that the city of St. Paul passed the law that said if a guy patted a woman on the behind she could charge him with assault and around the same time that MN decided that wives can charge their husband's with rape.
I'm sorry. But if you are having sex in a PUBLIC bathroom there is no expectation of privacy...after all its PUBLIC--doesn't matter if the door is shut or not....plus, ewww, gross.
The UCLA, and the MN Supreme court, is very off base with this one.
Now if he was just asking for sex...there's no crime there---if he was soliciting the sex then yes that is against the law.
But by the sounds of it--he was never given the chance to take it that far before they busted him--bad form!
