C'mon people, this is about kids ... not money. The guy got a patent, dispite what the other company thinks should have been patented or not -- it GOT one.
Pay the dude his fees and move on with your business.
Personally I think any moneys from the case should be donated to the BSA .... after all, the case is really about the kids.
