More Proof of Globall Warming.

May blizzard shuts down parts of S. Dakota - UPI.com:

"RAPID CITY, S.D., May 2 (UPI) -- The mayor of Rapid City, S.D., Friday pleaded with residents to stay home as a May blizzard closed down streets and highways in parts of the state.

'Please, stay off the roads until the weather clears. The wind is still gusting to 50 mph with heavy snow,' said Mayor Alan Hanks. 'There are very few businesses that are going to open, so take a day off and enjoy it.'"

It was so bad that I heard on the news that they were closing the border...from MN to SD. I know some people who would say that was a GOOD thing - people on both sides of the border....lol.

We were supposed to put the docks out at the place in WI two weeks ago but can because there is still ice on the lake -- this is the latest in the 24yrs that I've been going there that the docks have ever gone in.

We are hoping to get them out next weekend -- but they are getting more snow up there this weekend. No we are not way up north either ... we are only 1 1/2 hrs out from the Twin Cities area.

Now you tell me about the "Global Warming" concerns and try to convince me that the temp is going up!
