"For the fourth consecutive year, Minnesota's seniors recorded higher scores than seniors in other states where at least half of the students took the test."Now it has to be said that the majority of the 'elite' high schools in MN only encourage those students in the upper 1 - 5% of classes to actually take the test ... the majority of the students get little to no help when it comes to after graduation choices.
The whole picture is not being told here .... so how many schools are going on 'academic probation' in the state? How does that compare to other states?
