Sounds to me that everybody involved with this is guilty, including the President-Elect ... this is what happens when you elect someone who isn't ready for the position.
You've got to think that Biden is loving this .... if Obama gets in and then has to resign because of criminal acts ... guess who becomes President?
You've got to think Hillary is loving this ... if Obama gets in trouble before the inauguration you have to think she's hoping she wins by default of being the other democratic nominee.
You've got to think McCain is loving this ... because if Obama gets in trouble before the electoral college votes they can only vote for members on the ticket at the time which would eliminate Obama-Biden and McCain/Palin wins by default.
But you know what? No one will dare go after Obama for anything like this -- they are too scared of being accused of racism or politism.
