My Way News - FACT CHECK: Obama has it both ways on pork:

"President Barack Obama had it both ways Monday when he promoted his stimulus plan in Indiana. He bragged about getting Congress to produce a package with no pork, yet boasted it will do good things for a Hoosier highway and a downtown overpass, just the kind of local projects lawmakers lard into big spending bills."

No Pork??? Is he kidding??

The only reason there isn't a lot of pork is because the GOP wouldn't stand for it .... but still there is so much pork in this bill that you could serve it as park of Sunday Breakfast!!

can some one explain why we need to spend $10 million on urban ccanals? - I mean canals are for allowing ships to pass from one body of water to another when their water levels aren't the same, right? why do we need this in an urban setting?

And while I can see where working on highways might be a good thing, and necessary -- I don't think an overpass in Downtown Hooserville is the way to go -- I think they can figure out a better way of spending that money for now - or wait for a better time.

Here's another good one -- the man that Obama has put in charge of the IRS, actually owed them $34,000 in late taxes ... OOPS!! since this is the third appointee that has come up with tax issues, you have got to wonder what Obama himself has in his past that these people seem 'not so bad' or that these seem like 'simple oversights' or 'little mistakes' ....

you know, the kind of mistakes that have everything taken away from ordinary people ... like the woman who lost her two champion German Shephards because the IRS determined that they could sell the dogs and get back a portion of the couple of thousand dollars she had owed.

But don't think the IRS is the only 'oops' that has slipped past Obama -- there's the lobbists that he isn't counting as lobbiests because they didn't fill out paper work:

Like Lynn the third, who lobbied for a military contractor ... and is now the second in command in the Defense Department.

Or Corr the deputy Secretary of Health & Human Services - he was an anit-tobacco advocate.

Who is he trying to kid?? Doesn't he think the American people are bright enough to see thru all this smoke & pony show?

Oh wait ....

these are the people who elected him. Blind fools.
