Charges Dropped Against USS Cole Bombing Suspect - First 100 Days of Presidency - Politics FOXNews.com:
"The senior military judge overseeing terror trials at Guantanamo Bay has dropped charges against a suspect in the 2000 USS Cole bombing.I've always said 'if you can't respect the man, at least respect the position' ... but he is making it hard.
The legal move by the Hon. Susan J. Crawford upholds President Obama's Guantanamo order to halt court proceedings at the Navy detention center in Cuba.
The military charges against suspected Al Qaeda bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri marked the last active war crimes case at Guantanamo Bay."
Where is the logic behind this one?
I hope he has to personally call every one of those servicemen's family and explain to them WHY these suspects have been let go.
Well let's hope that this guy doesn't follow suit of the others who have been let go ... many have gone right back to their old ways.
