"The bowling comment was a reminder of his poor performance on the lanes last year during one of his campaign stops. Obama bragged to 'The Tonight Show' that he recently bowled 129 on the White House alley.Way to go! Yeah that's the "Change" we need. Let's just hope they don't edit it out to make NBC's chosen Son look better than he is .... but the fun didn't stop there:
'It's like Special Olympics,' he said."
" ... Obama said he was stunned when he learned of the bonuses that bailed-out insurance giant AIG was paying its employees, and the payments raise moral end ethical problems. ..."Well never mind that Dodd said that the White House did so know about the bonuses .... and yes he is right, it does raise moral and ethical problems - over what is happening in the White House! Gee too bad he pushed that bill thru so quickly, huh?
So is the President lying or is he calling Sen. Dodd a liar?? One of them wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on the butt.
" ...Obama's TV appearance Thursday came during a series of stops in California intended to rally support for his budget proposal and his solutions to the widespread economic troubles facing the country, but some have questioned whether a light-hearted chat with Leno would strike a humorous tone when a serious one was merited..."Yeah never mind that its also where all his Hollywood supporters are ... never mind that his popularity rating is falling fast, and never mind that many of the current economic problems are being caused by his actions with the stimulus bill.
Whoever advised Obama to appear on this show and look like a buffoon aught to be forced to watch "The Druids" 50 times straight ... Obama is having a hard enough time with his image around the nation & the world without making him look like a clown.
Why would they do this? It cheapens the office of President.
Don't get me wrong, I like Leno ... but it simply is not the place for the leader of the Free World to be making 'pitches' ... he's the President for Gods sakes -- he doesn't need to Pitch.
In fact "Pitching" is the last thing he should be doing -- that's what he has party partners for.
