okay - so with Norm doing the right thing and fighting this 'election' & 'recount' in the courts ... he is really sticking it to the Democrats.

you wouldn't think that one vote could make that much difference ... and the Govenor/State AG can NOT certify Franken(stien) until all the legal appeals are exhausted ... but apparently it can hold up any nomination that the President puts up there.

the dems need 60votes in the Senate to pass someone .... right now they only have 59 ...

if the Reps pull the party-line and NONE of they vote to confirm ....

by fighting the election theft decision, Norm is actually giving every single one of those Rep senators a lot more power!

in 1998, the vote for confirming her to the Appeals court was 68-28 .... all the dems (42) voted for her ... but only 26 reps did ...

if they are smart they will use this to their advantage and politcal-game a sweet deal for their states ... and get it in writing so it can't be backed out of.
