Okay first we had "Joe the Plumber" who the Dems ripped into ... now they are taking on "Frank the Firefighter", one of the firefighters who Sotomayor went after in the lawsuit because he dared to testify against her at the Judiciary Committee hearings.
In an interview, Frank claimed that Sotomayor seemed obsessed with his dyslexia ... what does that have to do with anything?
Even after it was pointed out that several minorities had passed the test before and since, the panel (and he was very clear that it was a panel of judges and not just Sotomayor) ignored that and for some reason felt that the test shouldn't be used ... gee, so what's that say to the people who passed the test before?
It just gets me that Frank the Firefighter is going to be grilled the same way that Joe the Plumber was ... have his life probed into and ripped apart ... just because he dared to stand up and say what he felt was right.
