Boy I wouldn't want to own a grocery store or restraunt in Venezuela right now! EWWWW.
"A decree published on Christmas Eve states that commercial centers may operate from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on the electricity grid, but beyond that establishments would have to operate off-grid, using their own generators.
Venezuela is flush with oil -- the country's primary export -- and natural gas, but relies mainly on hydroelectric generation to meet domestic energy demand."
But the country HAS all the oil it could want, need, use -- but because they bought into the global warming crap and set up their grid on water power ... they are at the mercy of it.
The same thing would happen with wind or solar power as well ... you have to have a variety of power sources -- but they put all their eggs into one basket ...
Hey you global-warmer, tree huggers out there ....
