EXCUSE ME???

out of all my headings - I think this is the first one that came to mind.

A woman is sueing Disney world because she was 'molested' by Donald Duck.

Here's the rough of it ...

she went to Donald for an autograph ... he somehow got a hold of her boob ... when he realized what happened he made motions that he had done something wrong ... so now she says that she is suffering from (and I'm not joking, i'm looking at a copy of the complaint online):

• severe physical pain
• emotional anguish
• distress
• post-tramatic stress disorder
• muscle contraction headaches
• physical harm resulting from distress
• acute anxiety
• headaches
• nausea
• cold sweats
• insomnia
• nightmares
• flashbacks
• digestive problems
• exacerbation of physical injuries
• other severe emotional injuries
• a severe shock to her entire nervous system
• she is unable to attend her usual duties and occupation

okay -- now lets remember that (a) she, according to the complaint, has had more than one child .... (b) by the sounds of it, it only happened ONCE before Donald started making his gestures of apology ... (c) The workers in costume at Disney are not ALLOWED to speak with the costumes on - if they do, they will be fired (exceptions are those dressed like the Princesses and other 'human' costumes) ...

So let me get this straight -- she got her boob grabbed just once ... and it caused her on going PAIN????

what the heck? that must have been one heck of a hold because the character costumes have those big padded gloves where they can't even pick up anything .... wow -- who did they have in that uniform - superman???

normally I would be on the womans side on this one ...

but I just can't see it ...

not everything she is claiming ....

embarrassment - yes

but any emotional distress she has - was more than likely there from before.

sorry -- I don't believe it.
