everyone is getting pushed in front of the bus!!
I agree with BP on this one --- just about everyone involved made mistakes .... everyone should be held accountable for their part in it, not just them.
Its like Stone Soup ... no one did any one thing that caused an issue, but you put it all together and then you've really got something ...
in this case it was a major oil spill
BUT it was up to BP in the end to take care of it and make it right ...
and when they applied for the permit to put a platform there, they agreed to that term -- so they can't really cry about that part of it now.
