In specific the issue is the part of the bill which would allow virtually indefinite prison time for terrorists - or those labelled as terroristic in nature.
Now keeping in mind that the government has now classified Jair about any group which sees things differently than the Democrats a terrorist group - especially Right-To-Lifers (but not PeTA) - I could see where's this could raise some eyebrows.
On the other hand ... If we had this then some of those involved in the acts overseas and those they are quietly keeping in hand here on our native land, would never see the light of day again ...

He is so paranoid that we will over step that he is too afraid to do anything - he would be not just our PM Chamberlain, but is more likely to be our Quisling - a man so blinded by not wanting to fight that he gave away his own country without taking a clear look at who've was going to bed with.
