Majority, schmority!

So the US Senate passed a bill which toughened sanctions on Iran ...

it had been killed several times by Senate Republicans because it wasn't TOUGH ENOUGH

well the Dems decided to play political games this time and instead of taking the normal 'voted' vote ...

the one where there is an actually tally and a "paper trail" of some sort so people could tell who voted 'yea' or 'nay' ....

instead of that - they simply called for an VERBAL vote and DECLARED it passed ...

and unless there was an overwhelmingly side, the average person would never really be able to tell who voted for which ...

so the question is -

is this the way we want our government ran?

wouldn't you like to know what your senator voted for/against?
