Tell what this judge means:
" ... You shall not rent, possess, assembly ... (muddled here - their mics suck) ... Tamper any witness to the acts which you are charged with committing ... (again those damned mics) ... Shall vacate the home of the victim, stay away from the homes of the victims, and stay away from any location where the victims are likely to be found ... (maybe it's just his accent that's making it hard for me to understand him) ... You shall refrain from contacting, either directly or indirectly, communicating with the victims. Shall not possess or control a firearm, or other weapon. Shall not consume or possess alcoholic beverages or controlled substances. And there's a further order for you not to commit any other offenses ..."
It sounds like - and I could be wrong, maybe it's just procedure - that they are going to set bail for this guy???!!
No way!
Now it should also be noted that the shooter looked as if he were drugged - his eyes were droopy, his head wobbled slightly, and it looked as if he was going to fall asleep at any moment - he did not answer to the charges himself but rather his public defender answered for him (public defender? This kid was attending a very prestigious medical school ... Hard to believe he didn't have money of some sort)
